Working with groups or individual children and young people delivering 6 weekly sessions around mindfulness activities. To improve resilience giving children skills to help them cope better with modern day pressures, as well as engage more fully with themselves and the world around them.

Specifically designed mindfulness courses that are suitable for children and young people in small groups or on a one to one basis. These sessions are based on creativity allowing young people the opportunity to experience and develop mindfulness skills which they can add to their tool belt of skills to use as they go through life.
